I’ve been eyeing this look since I first saw it on Friends YEARS ago, but I didn’t have the pieces to try it out.
Recently, however, I unexpectedly found this off-the-shoulder blouse and tie at the thrift store and was tickled pink to put my variation of this look together.

I wasn’t planning this look for years before it finally came together. I simply tucked it away in my mind and when the pieces were in front of me this outfit popped to mind.
Identical? Absolutely not! We’re not meant to be duplicates of each other.
Inspired? Absolutely YES! Borrow the idea and make it yours.
Overall, I’m pleased with how the outfit looked, but these are changes I might make next time…

🐓 fix the rooster tail hair going on
👞 switch to loafers
👔 use a lighter color tie so it’s not as obvious beneath the white blouse
