If you go after your dreams, you’ll look foolish to those who aren’t willing to go for theirs.

If you don’t go after your dreams, you’ll look foolish to those who believe in you and see what’s possible.

Are you putting more stock in the online stranger who’s criticizing you, or in the mentor who’s challenging you to new heights?

It’s simply a matter of who you’re willing to look foolish to…’cause you’re gonna look foolish, no matter what you do ????

The sweet news is that you won’t actually look foolish to the people who are there to encourage you!

I tried a new thing tonight (hey there, #smokeyeye ????), and I kind of felt like a fool while I was trying, because it’s not an area I have a lot of experience with, and I felt clumsy!

But thank goodness for tutorials from friendly darlings online (shout out to @kandeejohnson) who so generously (and cutely) share their expertise, tips, and tricks.

I followed her tutorial, and only wish I could have filmed myself while I was watching her video ???? so you could see how many times I paused and rewound and commented to myself about how “this is not going well” ????

Is it the same caliber as Kandee (an expert)? Not remotely.

Is it better than my last attempt (as a novice)? I dare say it is ????

Be willing to look foolish – you never know when it’s going to result in surprisingly pleasant results ????
