There are SO MANY THINGS that we can each be doing to make the most of this season!! It’s a crazy time. I literally say “What a crazy time to be alive!” 🤪 every single time I leave my house, because, well – it IS! It is fascinating, and interesting, and weird – and it makes for great people watching….and an opportunity to study human behavior ✔

I’ve seen quite a few posts around “if you come out of this and haven’t bettered yourself in some way, you never lacked time, you lacked discipline” 😳 and while I think there’s some truth to that (because we all have this opportunity), I would like to open up some different versions of what “bettering yourself” can look like 👍
.
Here are a few examples of some things that can contribute to a stronger you! Take your pick. Start with one and grow from there!
💅Do your nails
💇♀️Practice a new hairstyle
💁♀️Try a new makeup routine
😑😄Practice your “smize” (smiling with your eyes, per Tyra Banks) – see these pictures as an example…just imagine there’s a mask on so all you’d see is my eyes
📸Have an impromptu photoshoot (I invited my neighbor over to take part and we had a blast – while safely 6+ feet apart the whole time)!
💯Rearrange furniture
🚫Go through your closet and get rid of things you haven’t worn in the last year
📍Set your bills up on auto-pay
🗓Get your calendar organized and finally block out some “me time” where you can focus on learning something you’ve been wanting to learn about
🛒Shop in your closet and plan your outfits for the next week (bonus points for setting them out with shoes, undergarments, accessories, etc.)
📚Read that book
📖Write that book
💡Start that business
🤗(re)Connect with that person
💓Ask that person out
🥘Make that fancy dinner
☕craft that perfect cappuccino with that perfect foam

Whatever you choose to do, do it with intention 🙏 Make it count. Don’t do it just to check the box. Do it to change your life!
