Hmmmm, I wonder what’s behind door #1…?? or should I go with door #2? ? Or maybe #3 -would be better? ??

Have you ever had those spinning thoughts? I had an interesting conversation with two different people today about making decisions. At the end of the day, it is up to us to live with the consequences of our decisions. That said, we often make mountains out of molehills, and get stuck on decisions that really don’t have big consequences that we’re going to need to live with – yet we spend so much time deliberating over those simple decisions and spinning our wheels. Not to mention, stress and anxiety are having a hay day because we’re not committed to a clear next step. Stop spinning. Simply choose.
.
GET IN THE HABIT OF MAKING DECISIONS QUICKLY. That is not the same thing as being careless or rushing. It simply means that you are not wasting time thinking, overthinking, over-analyzing, and staying stuck. .
Get moving. Decide. Take action!
