She’s a people person, through and through. She’s encouraging, but she’s not going to just tell you what you want to hear. No, no, no! She’ll tell you what you need to hear—and then she’ll help you figure out what to do about it. That’s a rare thing, mate!
She’s also got a bit of a cheeky side, which I absolutely love. She can be deeply thoughtful one minute and cracking a terrible dad joke the next! And somehow, she makes people feel safe enough to be completely honest with her.
She’s a natural coach, a natural leader, and a bit of a builder, too. Give her a person, a team, or a completely chaotic situation, and she’ll start figuring out how to make it better. She sees potential everywhere!
But here’s the thing I really love about her: she cares deeply about people thriving—not just surviving. She wants people to feel seen, encouraged, capable, and alive.
And crikey, she’s got a lot of different talents! You never quite know what you’re going to get—coach, confidante, leader, communicator, problem-solver, encourager, creative… She’s basically a Swiss Army knife with excellent emotional intelligence!
Would I trust her with a dangerous animal?
Absolutely.
Would I trust her with a complicated human?
Even more so.
And if you’re lucky enough to have this woman in your corner, mate, you hang onto her. Because people like this don’t just walk into your life every day.”
